To Insert a Printout
There are two ways to insert a printout:

• Click Insert > Files as Printouts in OneNote.

-or-

• Click File > Print in another program, change the printer to Send to OneNote 2007 and then click Print.

Using the top option will put a icon link to the document (you can delete it) and the Inserted from: file
